We currently ship Most Countries Worldwide.with only a few exceptions.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via email.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- 10–15 business days
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as customs inspections, peak seasons, or courier disruptions.
- Free Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer:
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
- Orders under $50 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee shown at checkout.
- Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24–48 hours.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes
Prince Rupert’s Drop is not responsible for any customs or import duties incurred for orders shipped to United States and Canada.
All applicable fees during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us immediately at official@angellwitch.com with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).
We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier or arrange a replacement.
